Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 6 Months with Possibility of Extension
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour | Paid Weekly
Work Model: Fully Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs

BEPC is hiring Medical Device Assemblers to join our client's manufacturing team in Irvine, California. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work and want to build valuable experience in the medical device industry.

In this role, you'll help manufacture high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies . You'll perform precision assembly, repair, testing, documentation, and production activities while working within established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and related components.
  • Support the production of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and associated medical device assemblies.
  • Handle and maneuver small components and precision parts with care and accuracy.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Inspect work to ensure products meet established manufacturing and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate traveler, production, and quality documentation to ensure product traceability.
  • Enter and maintain manufacturing information using electronic data collection systems and applicable software.
  • Identify production issues and communicate concerns and potential solutions to supervisors and team members.
  • Prioritize assigned work to support production schedules and operational goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Support manufacturing cell performance and production metrics.
  • Follow all required safety procedures and properly use applicable safety equipment.
  • Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and applicable regulatory requirements .
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient, quality-focused production environment.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with coworkers, leadership, and facility visitors.
  • Work overtime when required to meet production needs.
