Synapticure is seeking a Sr. Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of our core technology platform. This role uniquely combines Product Management and Technical Program Management responsibilitiesa handson, hybrid player / coach position designed for a product leader who thrives in a fastpaced, missiondriven startup. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be the single point of accountability for our internalfacing product ecosystem, ensuring that Synapticure's clinicians, care coordinators, and operations teams have the technology needed to provide exceptional neurodegenerative care. You will drive strategic planning, define the technical roadmap, manage execution from ideation through launch, and collaborate crossfunctionally across engineering, clinical, operations, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with deep experience managing the product lifecycle for complex internal systemsideally EMR workflows, care coordination tools, or other healthcare delivery platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate with precision in ambiguity, balance technical debt with business priorities, and execute rapidly in a growing SeriesA healthcare startup environment. Job Duties What you'll be doing : Define and own the internal product strategy and roadmap for Synapticure's core platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs Translate clinician, care coordinator, and operations team needs into welldefined user stories, technical requirements, and actionable priorities Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous improvement Partner with engineering to drive daily sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical decisionmaking Manage complex technical initiatives, including EMR integrations, data workflows, and platform infrastructure improvements Establish and maintain robust project governance, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking Coordinate across engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability for deliverables Maintain comprehensive documentation of product decisions, technical specifications, and project progress Use data and performance metrics to drive decisionmaking, measure product success, and ensure quality standards Foster collaboration across crossfunctional teams to ensure timely execution and operational excellence Requirements What we look for in you : 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar leadership role in healthcare or healthtech Handson experience managing EMRs, integrating external systems, or supporting internal clinical workflow tools Proven ability to act as a player / coach executing product and project work directly while setting longterm product strategy Track record of managing the lifecycle for complex internalfacing platforms supporting operational or clinical workflows Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize product initiatives Demonstrated success in balancing technical, operational, and user experience priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences Technical fluency with the ability to participate in architecture discussions and evaluate tradeoffs with engineering teams Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or technologydriven service delivery preferred We're founded by a patient and caregiver, and we're a remotefirst company.
