Position Title: Senior Product Manager - ETI

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for products being built under ETI, including AI Gateway, a critical developer-facing product that is designed to serve as an intelligent traffic layer for AI APIs, helping developer teams manage, monitor, and optimize their use of AI models at scale across the Cloudflare network. This is a unique opportunity to build at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, exceptional developer experience, and the rapidly evolving field of AI.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand the needs of developers managing production workloads.
Translate customer pain points into clear, actionable product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and design to drive product development from concept to launch.
Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly to achieve product-market fit and drive adoption.
46 years of product management experience leading technical products.
~ Proven experience working with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure platforms (e.g., networking, observability, security).
~ Demonstrated ability to prioritise fast shipping, thoughtful scaling, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Project Galileo
Since 2014, weve equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflares enterprise customers--at no cost.
Athenian Project
In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, weve provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacycentric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumerfocused service Cloudflare has ever released. Heres the deal - we dont store client IP addresses ever, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
