What Youll Do Serve as a trusted guide for clients, helping them define and achieve their life goals through holistic financial planning. Collaborate with a supportive team that shares ideas and celebrates wins together. Leverage leading financial planning tools and technology to deliver clarity and confidence. Continue to learn, grow, and expand your expertise through ongoing coaching and education. Play an active role in shaping your own position and the future direction of the firm. What You Bring Several years of experience in financial planning or advising (youve been in the industry long enough to know what you dont want). A deep commitment to your clients well-being and long-term success. A desire to work with integrity, empathy, and purpose. Interest in earning advanced designations (CFP, ChFC, etc.) to deepen your expertise. Why This Role Matters This isnt about production. Its about people both your clients and you . COMPENSATION: We offer a base salary of $75,000-$100,000, plus a bonus potential of 12%, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, potential for career growth, and a great working environment. We feel that time away from the office is important, so our vacation policy encourages associates to take a full week every year. St. Joseph, MO, is far enough from KC that it is not suburbia, but close enough that you can almost smell the BBQ smoke. St. Joseph has local restaurants and shops as well as major chains.
