The role of Platform Procurement Analyst will assist the platform procurement team in responsibilities such as "Right Vendor for Right Product," "Time to Market with Right Cost," "Spec Change Management," and "Vendor Management." This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Platform Procurement. What You Will Do Handle NDA, MSA, and all associated necessary contracts related to business. Coordinate RFI/RFP/RFQ for business award strategy. Drive proper T/C to fulfill business model, including INCOTERM and payment terms. Support and drive vendors to fulfill end-to-end new product development processes: Part number creation and maintenance. Product revision control and support BOM updates. Sample demand fulfillment. Cost management, including NRE, tooling fees, unit cost, etc. Ensure product life cycle transitions from NPI to MP meeting NPI exit process requirements, including strategy of manufacturing process for mass production. Coordinate Engineering Change in product sustaining stage: Support on spec clarification and special requests. Coordinate and bridge communication between Engineering and vendors to ensure work efficiency and ZT's best interests are well protected. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or related fie. Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Excellent Excel spreadsheet and presentation preparation skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, Vlookups, and Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of macros preferred. Ability to work in a matrix environment and coordinate projects across functions and sites. Extensive knowledge of ERP/MRP software/systems. Solid understanding and use of software and analytics to extract, analyze, and interpret data to make effective business decisions. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Bilingual in English and Mandarin is desirable. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,375.00 and $128,150.00 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
