What Your Impact Is Build ERMs position as a leading transaction and sustainability advisor for the finance sector and infrastructure investors. Originate and lead highprofile M&A advisory assignments for major infrastructure and energy deals. Drive innovation in technical due diligence and sustainability advisory services. Mentor and develop the next generation of ERM leaders. Influence strategic decisions that shape ERMs growth trajectory and global reputation. What Youll Bring Required Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business operations, sustainability, or related field. 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the energy/infrastructure sectors. Proven track record in technical due diligence and M&A advisory for infrastructure investors. Established relationships with private equity and infrastructure investor clients. Strong business development skills and ability to deliver multimilliondollar annual sales. Deep understanding of global energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and lowcarbon transition strategies. Preferred Recognized technical authority and marketplace reputation. Experience leading large, complex advisory assignments and multidisciplinary teams. Additional language skills are a plus. Innovative mindset with ability to influence change and deliver creative solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand strategic relationships with infrastructure investors and financial sector clients. Originate and secure M&A advisory opportunities, positioning ERM as a trusted partner for technical and sustainability due diligence. Shape and lead advisory assignments, ensuring exceptional quality and client value. Drive commercial strategies to achieve significant revenue growth. Collaborate with ERM Partners globally to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership. Recruit, mentor, and inspire highperforming teams to support ERMs growth. Join ERM and make sustainability your legacy. For the Partner, Technical and Infrastructure Due Diligence position, the anticipated annual base pay is $180,000 $230,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees. Note : Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
