Job Title: Collaborative Physician Location: Joplin MO and surrounding Clinics Company: ACCESS Family Care Job Type: Part-time/Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Collaborative Physician to provide oversight and guidance for our team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). As a Collaborative Physician, you will review charts, offer clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with state regulations. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexible, remote work while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Responsibilities: Provide collaborative oversight and guidance to NPs and PAs in accordance with state laws and regulations. Conduct chart reviews and provide feedback on clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient care. Collaborate with NPs and PAs to develop treatment strategies, refine clinical skills, and support professional growth. Ensure that medical protocols, policies, and procedures are being followed. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and improve patient care processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines, state requirements, and best practices. Qualifications: Active medical license in MO. Board certification Previous experience working with NPs or PAs in a collaborative setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. Familiarity with EMR system is a plus. Work Hours: Flexible hours. Mostly remote work, with occasional in-person consultations or meetings as required. Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and number of hours worked.
