As a Collaborative Physician, you will review charts, offer clinical guidance, and ensure compliance with state regulations. This role is ideal for physicians seeking flexible, remote work while making a meaningful impact on patient care. Responsibilities: Provide collaborative oversight and guidance to NPs and PAs in accordance with state laws and regulations. Conduct chart reviews and provide feedback on clinical decisions, treatment plans, and patient care. Collaborate with NPs and PAs to develop treatment strategies, refine clinical skills, and support professional growth. Ensure that medical protocols, policies, and procedures are being followed. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and improve patient care processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines, state requirements, and best practices.
