Most work is local to Atlanta, with occasional service calls across Georgia and nearby states. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and mid-size earthwork equipment (Cat, Bobcat, skid steers, loaders, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues Complete on-site repairs and occasional field calls Maintain service logs and ensure equipment uptime Work closely with the Fleet Director and operations team on repair priorities Requirements Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic (earthwork/construction equipment preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Valid drivers license (CDL a plus) Reliable, safety-focused, and organized Whats Offered ~$80K$110K depending on experience ~ Full-time role with steady year-round work ~ Primarily Atlanta-based travel (7080%) ~ Stable, tight-knit company with long-term growth opportunities
