The selected individual will support NSS Business Divisions to prepare compliant and competitive Price Proposals while collaborating with Finance, Contracts, Compensation and other allied functional support teams./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLeads and/or manages major and complex cost proposals generally valued at $50M+/liliApplies a broad knowledge of general financial analysis and Government proposal Pricing techniques to a variety complex business proposal solutions, primarily in support of professional services/liliDraft and finalize Cost/Price proposal narratives to substantiate cost and pricing approach and data in compliance with all RFP Section L criteria/liliDevelops complex pricing strategies and performs risk and cash flow analyses as applicable/liliDevelops and presents price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessment to senior leadership prior to proposal submission/liliCollaborate and support functional support staff from Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, etc. to deliver compliant and compelling price proposals/liliProvides strategic focus to all proposal efforts to ensure alignment with Section M RFP criteria and support Business Unit growth/profit objectives/liliQuality assurance review of proposals/li/ulpPerforms all other duties as assigned such as:/pulliPrepares special reports and analysis as required in support of audits and department administration/liliProvides assistance to other pricing analysts during periods of surge demand/liliProvides guidance for less experienced team members on compliance-related issues/li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliLocation: Remote and/or Hybrid acceptable./liliTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%./liliWorking Hours: Standard workday with occasional non-standard work hours required./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree and 5-8 years of direct federal government pricing experience/liliComprehensive knowledge of direct government pricing practices, cost and price analysis, and FAR and CAS regulations/liliExperience managing subcontractor data calls and price proposals in support of prime contractor pricing strategy/liliCost/Price proposal narrative writing and subsequent experience responding to Pricing evaluation notices, final proposal revisions, etc./liliComprehensive organizational, written, and oral communication skills/liliStrong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound financial analysis decisions/recommendations/liliProficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills/liliAbility to work in a team environment/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliManagement and/or mentorship of junior to mid level pricing analysts/liliFederal Government Price to Win analysis experience/liliTop Secret / SCI clearance (TS/SCI)/li/ulpReady to Make a Difference?/ppIf youre excited about making a significant impact in the field of space defense and working on projects that matter, we encourage you to apply and join our team at KBR.
