We are seeking a dynamic, experienced associate to join our insurance defense practice. This role offers genuine ownership over cases, from intake through resolution, with exposure to a broad spectrum of claims and accountability for guiding strategy. This is remote and can reside anywhere but will need to have Insurance Defense experience and a valid CA Bar card.

“We are seeking a dynamic, experienced associate to join our insurance defense practice. This role offers genuine ownership over cases, from intake through resolution, with exposure to a broad spectrum of claims and accountability for guiding strategy.
Manage insurance defense cases end-to-end, from inception through resolution
• Perform deep legal research and provide analysis to inform case strategy
• Draft, review, and handle pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Handle slip & fall and commercial auto accident matters (and related claims)
• Monitor changes in insurance defense law and ensure compliance
• Advise clients on insurance claims and related legal exposure
3+ years’ experience in insurance defense litigation
• Demonstrated success in legal research, civil litigation, drafting, and case management
• Prior experience with slip & fall and commercial auto accident cases
• In-depth knowledge of insurance law and regulation
