Senior Accounting Consultant - Lead Acquisition Integration in Orlando, FL Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application. Location: Orlando, FL Pay Rate: $50-$65/hour Employment Type: Contract / Consulting Overview A leading construction subcontractor undergoing an acquisition is seeking a Senior Accounting Consultant to spearhead the transition of a newly acquired entity onto Foundation software. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, working closely with both internal and acquired teams to map the chart of accounts, establish SOPs, and implement best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience with acquisitions and system implementations, and deep expertise in Foundation software. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Consultant: Collaborate with internal and acquired entity staff to understand current accounting workflows and the chart of accounts Lead the mapping and migration of financial data into Foundation software Develop and document SOPs and best practices for post-implementation operations Provide hands-on support during month-end close and full-cycle accounting processes Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and software teams to ensure a smooth transition Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Consultant: Proven experience in accounting roles with full-cycle and month-end close responsibilities Prior involvement in acquisition integrations and accounting system implementations Expertise in Foundation software is required Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data mapping) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with diverse teams If you're ready to take on a Senior Accounting Consultant role where your expertise will drive a successful acquisition integration, apply today and join a strong, growing leadership team xrczosw Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
