Our mission is to ensure memories are delivered one piece of furniture at a time, on time, every time. We are looking for individuals experienced in logistics and transportation to add to our team who will contribute to achieving our mission.
We are hiring full-time individuals to load and unload packages/boxes in our fast-paced environment. Warehouse Associates are responsible for warehouse duties including: the physical loading, unloading of heavy furniture and/or sorting of packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling, etc. Associates are also responsible for operating warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Shifts may vary depending on warehouse package volume and business needs.
Loading and unloading packages/boxes (furniture) in our fast-paced environment
Sorting packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, etc.
Assisting in verifying inventory quantity and inventory level maintenance
Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
Operating warehouse equipment in a safe manner
High school diploma or equivalent
~1 year minimum of previous warehouse experience desired
~ Experience working with furniture preferred
~ Ability to work with heavy furniture
~ Previous Forklift Certification/Experience is a plus
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to push and pull wheeled carts or pallet jacks loaded with merchandise
Ability to handle and manipulate small parts or delicate items with precision
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to address urgent operational needs
