We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a highperforming team at our 190+ guest room fullservice hotel in Culver City, CA. This is an opportunity for a handson leader with fullservice brand experienceMarriott background strongly preferred.
Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel.
Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives.
Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns.
Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives.
Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements.
Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fullservice branded hotel (GM or Executive Committee level).
Marriott brand experience highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead largescale operations (200+ rooms), with strength in F&B, group business, and guest experience.
Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to achieve performance targets.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
