- Test Conductor (Associate or Experienced) Flight Test Engineer – Test Conductor Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Flight Test Engineers – Test Conductors. Plan, Author, and Coordinate various modifications across different teams and different sites Support distributed test operations as required Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers Identify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies Establish test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight test readiness reviews, and conduct pre and post-test briefings Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution Lead and prepare for remote site deployments Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity Approve test data prior to delivery to customer Formulate expectations for test data based on historical data Security Clearance for which the U.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Willing and able to travel up to 25-50% of the time both domestically and internationally 1+ years of experience executing tests in a control room environment as a flight test engineer (FTE), test conductor (TC), and/or test director (TD) Level 3 : 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Security Clearance (U.
