Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position serving the communities of Rutland and Killington, Vermont. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, patient-focused practice offering comprehensive urologic services in a beautiful, four-season destination.Position: Permanent MD/DO UrologistLocation: Rutland & Killington, VermontKey Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions including BPH, kidney stones, incontinence, and urologic cancers.Perform outpatient procedures and inpatient surgeries, including cystoscopy, TURP, vasectomy, and minimally invasive techniques.Participate in clinic-based patient care, surgical cases, and hospital consults.Share in equitable call rotation for urologic emergencies.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (MD/DO).Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont.Experience with robotic or laparoscopic surgery is a plus but not required.Strong interpersonal and clinical skills with a patient-first approach.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary with productivity incentives.Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice coverage with tail insurance.CME allowance and paid CME time.Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Loan repayment assistance available.Enjoy an exceptional quality of life in the scenic Green Mountains while advancing your urology career in a supportive, collegial environment.
