Tableau Developer with Python

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain engaging and insightful dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into meaningful visualizations that support data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights.


Develop, implement, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
Connect Tableau with various data sources, including databases, cloud services, and spreadsheets.
Perform data analysis, validation, and cleansing to ensure accurate reporting.
Optimize and tune Tableau workbooks for performance and usability.
Document data flows, calculations, and dashboard functionalities.
Train end-users on utilizing dashboards and interpreting data insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau reports and data discrepancies.
Stay updated on Tableau features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
~12+ Years experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
~ Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep.
~ Solid understanding of SQL and experience connecting Tableau to various data sources.
~ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
~ Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
~ Experience with scripting languages like Python or R.
~ Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
~ Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
~ Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
