Position Overview Core Clinical Partners is actively recruiting experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team at Piedmont Augusta, a flagship facility within the Piedmont Healthcare system. This position offers stability, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to practice in a high-acuity environment supported by a collaborative physician and APP team. Facility Highlights Annual ED Volume: ~60,000 visits Coverage Model: 66 hours of physician coverage + 30 hours of APP coverage daily Shift Times: 6a6p, 10a10p, 6p6a EMR: Epic with Dragon voice recognition Hospital Type: Full-service tertiary medical center Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency medicine care to patients of all acuity levels Collaborate with physicians in a team-based emergency department model Manage patient evaluations, admissions, and discharges Accurately document care using Epic EMR Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Family or Emergency Medicine certification) Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform in high-volume settings Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits W-2 employed position Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance CME reimbursement Flexible scheduling with a supportive leadership team About Piedmont Health Augusta Piedmont Augusta, a multi-campus system, is part of Piedmont Healthcare, Georgias largest healthcare employer with over 44,000 team members.
