Senior Mortgage Loan Processor We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who can manage a high-volume pipeline and is confident working with Non-QM, FHA, and Fannie Mae loan products. If you're someone who knows mortgage documentation inside and out and can keep files moving smoothly from application to closing, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Process and review mortgage loan files from submission through closing Work with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties to gather and verify documents Review income, assets, title, appraisals, credit, and all supporting documentation for accuracy Ensure loans meet investor and agency guidelines (Non-QM, FHA, Fannie Mae) Identify and resolve documentation gaps and inconsistencies Track deadlines and maintain pipeline organization Update and manage loan files in Encompass (Encompass experience preferred) What We're Looking For 2+ years of mortgage processing experience in a high-volume environment Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation requirements and underwriting standards Experience with Non-QM, FHA, and Fannie Mae loans Ability to handle multiple loans at once with accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving ability
