The HT Group is hiring an  Electrical Supervisor for a high-profile, large-scale construction project supporting next-generation manufacturing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a fast-moving, high-tech industrial build near  Taylor, TX .
Onsite Position, ASAP Start (Relocation Offered)
Salary + Bonus & Benefits 
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities on site, including wiring, panel installation, conduit work, and testing. Coordination with other teams and subcontractors is a key part of the role.
Supervise and coordinate electrical/control system installation and inspection activities.
Review construction schedules, progress, and inspection documents with subcontractors.
Confirm readiness before inspection requests.
Perform quality checks on off-site fabricated components and incoming materials.
Inspect material storage and construction site conditions.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
5–10 years of experience in electrical work on industrial or plant construction projects, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
~ Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and other relevant electrical and control codes and standards.
~ Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, DWG drawings, and construction contract documents.
~ Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating across disciplines.
~ Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Trimble software is a plus.
~ Familiarity with large-scale construction projects ($50M+), particularly in oil & gas or semiconductor industries.
~ Journeyman, Master) are preferred.
~ Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
