A Commercial Tax Director or Managing Director provides federal tax compliance and consulting services to large middlemarket and public companies. The candidate must be a CPA with 9+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
CPA with 9+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm focused on consolidated corporations, multistate businesses, privateequity backed clients, large businesses, and partnerships
Masters degree in Accounting or related field
Proven ability to build teams, manage, mentor and develop staff
