Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management team seeks an experienced, reliable, & personable Biomedical Engineering Supervisor for Cape Cod Healthcare in Hyannis, MA. Incentives: $5,000 sign-on bonus What You'll Do:
Oversee biomedical services, including technician management and scheduling of preventative maintenance activities.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to biomedical technicians, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) team to manage clinical technology needs in partnership with healthcare clients.
Offer leadership and expertise in healthcare technology operations to support business, patient care, and staff needs.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and repaired to meet operational standards and support patient safety.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or a related field
