About the Role: As an Associate Advisor, you will support senior financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to clients. You'll assist with client relationship management, financial planning preparation, investment research, and operational support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and eventually grow into an advisor role. OVERVIEW OF THE ASSOCIATE ADVISOR ROLE: Assist financial advisors with client meetings, including preparation of financial plans, investment reports, and follow-up tasks Support client relationship management through proactive communication and service Conduct investment research and stay current with market trends and product offerings Handle account administration, new account setup, transfers, and documentation Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards Participate in ongoing training and professional development PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ASSOCIATE xrczosw ADVISOR: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)1-3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or investments preferred\ Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM or portfolio management software experience a plus Desire to build a career in wealth management/advisory services
