We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner, Emerging Talent, to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleges, universities, and external organizations to promote our brand and attract top early-career talent for internships and entry-level opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying and nurturing emerging talent, building strong relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll play a key role in shaping our future workforce by driving innovative outreach strategies and fostering meaningful connections with academic and professional communities.
Partner with universities, colleges, and external organizations to promote career opportunities and attract entry-level talent.
Represent the company at nationwide recruiting events, info sessions, and career fairs to build brand awareness and identify top candidates.
Coordinate logistics for recruiting events, including planning, registration, and on-site setup.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Own the end-to-end process for summer internships, including onboarding, coordination with hiring managers and HR, delivery and tracking of intern evaluations, and offboarding.
Manage requisitions and candidate documentation using the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Deliver a positive and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze data and metrics related to emerging talent initiatives and other assigned projects.
Stay informed on trends and best practices in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) as they relate to workforce development.
Provide cross-functional support on talent acquisition projects as directed by the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
Perform additional duties related to talent acquisition as needed to support evolving business needs.

Supervision
You have the ability to flourish in a setting that may include ambiguity and shifting focus. You're a believer in client customer-facing support while demonstrating active learning with a growth mindset. You have excellent planning and project management skills, with strong attention to detail. You are proficient with MS Office applications and have experience with applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite being a plus. You have experience using ATS and sourcing tools. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently. Above all, you have a passion for talent acquisition and delivering a great candidate experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on attracting early-career talent. Industry experience in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred. Background in emerging talent programs, campus/college recruiting, or military hiring is a plus. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and attend hiring events in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
