Work Setting: This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the childs home; youll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best. Supportive, friendly team that genuinely cares Real mentorship and supervision from experienced BCBAs Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Work that matters help children build communication, play, and life skills Growth opportunities as you develop your ABA career What Youll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT): As a Behavior Technician (BT), youll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Youll help children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active. You will: Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans Track progress through accurate session data and notes Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success Stay physically active during sessions sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc. Training & Certification Support We provide paid onboarding training 40-hour RBT course included Youll be mentored and supervised every step of the way No RBT certification yet? No problem well help you get there What Were Looking For Passion for working with children and helping others grow High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred) Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license (required) Strong communication, patience, and professionalism Already certified as an RBT? Great Not yet?
