Locum Tenens Opportunity: Experienced Womens Health NP Needed in Alaska

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for a full-time locums assignment in Fairbanks, Alaska. This outpatient role supports a busy OBGYN clinic while the facility recruits for a permanent provider and offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no call or inpatient responsibilities. We are seeking a Women's Health-trained NP with a minimum of 3 years of direct women's health experience. This is a fully outpatient, follow-up-focused role (approximately 60% OB and 40% GYN). The ideal provider is confident, independent, and able to step into a high-volume clinic without the need for onboarding or training. Due to patient backlog and an unexpected cancellation of a permanent candidate, coverage is needed as soon as licensing and credentialing can be completed.

Contract Length: Ongoing until permanent hire is secured
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-Housing: Hospital housing required

Management of routine prenatal care
