Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeeking a Mechanic Assistant to work at a Machine shop in east Broken Arrow. Automotive experience, preferred. This role is responsible for repairs and maintenance of product line equipment according to company’s quality and safety standards.
Shift: 1st, 5am-2pm, Mon-Fri, rotating Saturdays Pay: $16-$19 per hour, DOE
Assists lead mechanic to detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts.
Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and check parts. 
Repair and replace worn and defective parts and reassemble mechanical components.
Conducts preventative maintenance and lubrication according to lead mechanic’s instructions.
  High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous automotive experience, preferred.
Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.
