Job Family : Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required : Up to 25% Clearance Required : None What You Will Do You will have an immediate impact by partnering with our clients across all levels to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions. This role plays a key part in helping pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies navigate todays challenges and anticipate tomorrows opportunities. What You Will Need BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related study. Minimum 57 years of prior relevant work or consulting experience working with large global pharma, midsized pharma and/or biotech clients. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch. Ability to analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective strategies. Excellent communication skills to convey strategic recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management. Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas as it pertains to life sciences: Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access and/or Commercial Strategy. 2 plus years experience managing the activities of a project team including workplan, staffing, deadlines, scope and budget. Demonstrated success supervising, coaching and mentoring more junior level staff and ownership and guidance of their career development. Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time. Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship. What Would Be Nice To Have Advanced degree preferred PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Collaborative and a team player. Exceptional client management experience including expanding client relationships within an organization and ability to recognize and communicate addon and/or crossbusiness opportunities at external clients. The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
