We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation and civil law. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys on a variety of complex legal matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and conducting depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other legal staff on complex legal matters
Serve as a legal resource for clients and other attorneys within the firm
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in both MO & KS
10+ years of experience in litigation and civil law
