Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 08 months contract Job Description: This role supports supply chain and logistics operations by entering, updating, and tracking data across multiple systems. It is a hands-on, entry-level coordination role requiring strong attention to detail, communication with internal teams, and proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel . No project management experience is required. Warehousing Data Input Management on Smartsheet. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive incoming requests from internal teams via Smartsheet (25–30 tickets per day). Enter and update data into a secondary internal system based on request details. Track orders and logistics activity. Gather required information from internal points of contact (POCs). Coordinate with other teams to ensure accuracy of data and timely updates. Perform basic data validation and reconciliation as needed. Support general supply chain workflows as assigned. Top Must-Haves Smartsheet experience Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, formulas; macros are a plus) Background in supply chain or logistics Years of Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, operations support, or similar administrative/coordination roles.
