School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In‐Person Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year We are a women- and therapist-founded company that began in Washington and is now also local to Illinois. We offer in-person, full-time positions and are excited to welcome passionate, equity-driven School Psychologists to our team. Position Details Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours a week) OR Part-Time ( 15-22.5 hours a week) Location: Hybrid- position with days in person AND remote 2 elementary schools (no specialized programs) Start Date: ASAP Service Area: Counseling caseload (10–15 students), evaluations, IEP support, and school-based consultation Your Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive student evaluations Provide ongoing counseling to a small caseload Prepare IEP reports and participate in IEP meetings Support MTSS processes, conduct classroom observations, and assist with problem-solving Respond to crisis calls as needed Deliver progress reports and maintain compliant documentation Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams What We're Looking For Master's degree in School Psychology or equivalent Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification is a plus Strong skills in student assessment, data analysis, and IEP development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits: medical, dental, vision*401(k) with employer match* Reimbursement for licensing, continuing education, and professional fees Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate W2 employment General and professional liability insurance coverage Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching for charitable organizations**Benefits marked with an asterisk are for employees working 0.8 FTE or higher Why Work With Ampersand Therapy?
