The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle financial data with confidentiality. OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE: Maintain and update financial records for the warehouse company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Track and manage inventory transactions in coordination with warehouse operations. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Generate and analyze financial reports for management review. BOOKKEEPER'S PREFERRED QUALIFICATONS: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in accounting software Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
