We have a BCBA on site Potential for practicum supervision Potential tuition assistance Center based Pediatric population Benefit eligible on day one Education opportunities with other disciplines including physicians, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, and physical therapists Weekly RBT meetings with BCBA Monthly department meetings with department leadership Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field. Preferred: Pursuing a master's degree in ABA. Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or obtain certification within 90 days of start date. If obtaining a RBT certification within 90-days of start date, must complete and obtain completion certificate for Autism Partnership's 40-hour RBT Training Course prior to start date. Experience: Foundational knowledge of child development and applied behavior analysis (ABA), and at least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities and/or children. Skilled in utilizing de-escalation strategies with patients, has experience with Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching, is proficient with online data collection systems Physical Requirements: Must be willing and able to implement crisis intervention strategies for patients after training.
