CNC Swiss Screw Machine Set-Up Operator Location: Orange, CA Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00/hour Shift: 1st and 2nd shift Available (4x10 Schedules: Monday thru Thursday 5:30 am to 4pm or 3:30pm to 1:30am ) Full Time/Direct Hire Eastridge has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Orange, CA, that is hiring CNC Swiss Screw Machine Set-Up Operators for their precision machine shop. In this role, you'll work on both metal and plastic parts, performing full set-ups, tooling, and inspections - a great opportunity if you enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work. The CNC Swiss Screw Machine Set-Up Operator will oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control for Swiss Tsugami and Hanwha SWISS metal components with tight tolerances in a job shop environment with daily set ups. The position requires the individual to be able to take the program and set up the machine and meet production set-up and run times. Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years experience • Must be able to effectively install tooling, set-up, and program of our Swiss Hanwha/ Tsugami lathes unsupervised within the required set-up and run times for each operation • Must be capable of changing tools and editing programs for increased efficiency • Must be capable of using appropriate measuring tools and equipment • Must be capable of choosing appropriate cutting tools, machine fixture clamps, and soft jaws • Must be able to read, interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and sketches • Must be able to inspect and be responsible for the quality of your own work • Hanwha and Tsugami experience is a plus Work Environment • Must feel comfortable with a fast-paced environment and frequent changeovers • Must be able to work effectively with little to no supervision • Must have great time management and problem-solving skills • Must have the drive to learn and grow • Must be a Team Player • Must be willing to train operators on running equipment #ICOM Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, PTO
