Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Fallon, NV. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to our veteran patients, addressing a wide range of health issues and working to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in a primary care setting, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications. Develop personalized care plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Promote preventive health care measures and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices. Utilize the VA s electronic medical record system to document patient care and track outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States. Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
