We specialize in manufacturing overhead bridge cranes and structural steel fabrication, serving industrial and commercial customers across Central Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical work, problem-solving, and working on unique equipment in a shop and in-field setting. *Key Responsibilities:* Assemble electrical systems on overhead cranes and hoist equipment Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics Read blueprints, schematics, and follow NEC/OSHA safety standards Collaborate with Fabrication and Service Departments Travel to local customer sites for troubleshooting and repair (company vehicle)*Qualifications:* Valid Wisconsin Electrical Credential License (Journeyman or Master) Valid driver's license Strong knowledge of industrial/commercial electrical systems Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn crane systems Self-motivated and safety-focused Crane or hoist experience is a plus (not required – we will train)*What We Offer:* First shift hours 7am – 3 pm with paid lunch break – overtime opportunities Competitive pay ($30 - $40 per hour) + benefits and overtime potential Excellent health insurance (Employee biweekly cost: $20 single / $ 40 single +1 / $60 family) Full benefit package - vacation pay / profit sharing Company vehicle/ Local work Opportunity to build a long-term career Stable and growing, family-owned company since 1985*About Us:* Custom Steel Incorporated is a local, family-owned growing steel fabrication and overhead crane company based in Schofield, WI.
