About The Role Were looking for an experienced and businessminded attorney to support our Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) team. In this role, you will lead the negotiation of complex commercial and technology agreements with institutional players, toptier banks, asset managers, brokerdealers, and other FMIs as well as Fortune100 companies. Youll help shape the legal strategy as we expand Chainlinks presence across the financial system and enable the tokenization of realworld assets at scale. Your Impact Act as a strategic legal partner to BCM, Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams, enabling Chainlink Labs to deliver critical technology services across the financial ecosystem. Negotiate complex technology and infrastructure integration as well as data licensing deals with TradFi clients. Negotiate strategic and tailormade partnership agreements with other major players in the blockchain and RWA industry to develop effective joint gotomarket strategies, while assuring protection of Chainlink Labs IP assets. Leverage a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements and frameworks relevant to technology service providers to FMIs, including operational resilience, data protection, DORA, EBA outsourcing guidelines, and cybersecurity requirements. Requirements 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with foundational training at a toptier law firm in a corporate or transactional practice. At least 3+ years of inhouse experience at a technology company, structuring and negotiating agreements. A strong track record of independently leading complex commercial and corporate transactions, especially in tech, payments, and finance. Solid financial services background, with prior experience working in or with regulated financial services firms and familiarity with financial regulation applicable to digital assets. Preferred Requirements Familiarity with digital asset regulation, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized assets. Prior experience supporting legal aspects of gotomarket strategies or crossborder technology deployment. All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remotebased.
