Responsibilities Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of the business unit Manage the operations with a results-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in approach to achieve commitments Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals Integrate manufacturing, materials, and maintenance functions, ensuring processes result in high-quality throughput Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position, resulting in reduced turn time and cost Provide leadership and employee development through selection/talent acquisition, performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring, and motivation of management, supervisory, and hourly personnel in alignment with business goals and objectives Confidentiality is guaranteed.
