Clinical Responsibilities Provide Anesthesia coverage for: Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Surgery, Structural Heart, and Cath Lab May assist with: General, Ortho, Podiatry, ophthalmology, GYN, Plastics, Urology, Trauma, and L&D Resident supervision + independent cases 8-hour guarantee shifts on clinical days Cardiac home call (approx. 1:3 weekdays, every 3rd weekend) Qualifications ABA Board Certified Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship Certified in Perioperative TEE Active CA license Passion for teaching and residency education Compensation Package 1099 status $2,640/day guarantee for 8-hour weekly shifts (Monday- Friday)$850 weekday call stipend, $1500 weekend call stipend Approx. $700K + annual earnings (based on 40 hrs/week & 6 weeks o) Additional compensation for extra shifts Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Up to $50k sign-on bonus (3-year commitment) Up to $100k student loan forgiveness (4-year commitment) Relocation assistance Compensation subject to annual market review Why Kaweah Health?
