Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our patients. The LPN will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and/or physicians, supporting patient care plans, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities: Provide basic bedside care including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration. Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs. Monitor patients’ health and report any significant changes to the supervising RN or physician. Administer injections, medications, and IV fluids (as permitted by state law and facility policy). Prepare patients for procedures and assist with exams or treatments. Document care provided and maintained accurate patient records. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and basic care instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment. Support physicians and RNs in coordinating care plans and follow-up. Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and safety regulations. Qualifications: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license of [State of Illinois]. BLS/CPR certification required.
