Role: Senior Superintendent Location: San Francisco, CA
We are representing a nationally recognized, award-winning General Contractor seeking an accomplished Senior Superintendent to lead major projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Superintendent will oversee field operations on landmark projects exceeding $100M. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record delivering major commercial, K-12, and healthcare projects within the Bay Area. Experience working on DSA or OSHPD projects is a significant advantage.
Full on-site supervision of large-scale construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout
Management and mentorship of field teams, trade partners, and project support staff
Coordination with project management, owners, architects, and consultants to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
Overseeing site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and problem-solving in real time
Ensuring all work adheres to local code, DSA/OSHPD requirements, and company standards
Multiple years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent delivering $100M+ projects
Strong background in commercial, public K-12, and hospital/healthcare construction
Demonstrated success managing large field teams and complex construction operations
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration on multifaceted projects
