Our integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions uniquely position us to help partners reduce warehousing and transportation costs. The Data Integration Developer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of data integrations for entities within Capstone Logistics and partners outside of Capstone Logistics. Daily activities will include development and testing of integrations between systems and entities. In addition, this role will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting active data integrations. This candidate will act as technical expert for data integration initiatives. This role is responsible for executing initiatives in multiple functional areas, prioritizing requests and escalating risks and concerns. Serves as a key contributor toward fostering a positive work environment and helping drive company culture. Design, develop and test data integrations for both internal and external systems. Checking and correcting integration conflicts and resolving data errors. Support the identification of data sources and perform extensive analysis and data profiling on these systems. Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries. Track scope and changes throughout the implementation of reports and application changes, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates. Create and analyze business reports to provide performance insights, to forecast staffing needs, and determine trends. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (statistics, mathematics, science, accounting, finance) or related field 2+ Years of data processing experience 2+ years' experience with data integrations Strong SQL Processing and modeling skills Expertise in data pipeline transformation processes (ETL, ELT, Event Driven) Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory or comparable. Data Warehouse experience Master Data Management Functional Data/Server administration skills Cloud experience C#, Java or other procedural coding experience Experience with business process mapping, data flow diagraming and the use of project management software Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions, paired with a desire to take initiative Ability to maintain project plans, resourcing schedules, and forecasted activities As a "critical infrastructure industry" worker in the Transportation and Logistics industry, associates are considered exempt from local restrictions such as curfews, shelter-in-place orders, and other mobility restrictions when reporting to, returning from, or performing his or her work functions.
