In this role you will:/ppstrongAct as a member of a team in support of INSCOMs Assistant Chief of Staff, G3 in the areas of Force Management, Force Integration, Force Design, Manpower Studies and Analysis, and Transformation/strong/ppstrongProvide technical support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination, and maintenance of requirements documentation used in force management to develop, restructure, rebalance, transform, and sustain Military Intelligence (MI) organizations./strong/ppstrongBe responsible for future and current force structure planning, development of Military Intelligence (MI) organizations and systems that provide Multi-discipline Military Intelligence to the Army Service Component Commands. The support encompasses HQ INSCOM and its Major Subordinate Commands and activities planning, force structure, including task organization approaches, Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE), and TDA AUG/TDA documentation./strong/ppstrongConducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements./strong/ppstrongArmy experience is preferred for this position/strong/ppRequirement:/pullistrongACTIVE TS/SCI clearance is required. Ability to pass CI Polygraph may be required./strong/lilistrongHS Diploma/strong/lilistrong2 years of Combat Support or Combat Service Support operations within the past 5 years of which at least 2 years included analytical review of military support operations missions, functions, roles, and associated tasks./strong/lilistrongAbility to conduct interviews./strong/lilistrongExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skills/strong/lilistrongAdvanced demonstration of writing and correspondence skills/strong/lilistrongKnowledge, understanding and proficiency in the preparation of the Baseline Submission Plan (BSP)/strong/lilistrongProficient with Microsoft Office/strong/li/ulpAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
