Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration Strong clinical experience in nephrology across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style Experience or interest in value-based care and population health strongly preferred
