Inside Sales Representative

As a fast-growing independent waterworks and site-utilities distributor, we’re known for our relationships, our grit, and our ability to move fast without cutting corners.
We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Rep, a seasoned waterworks professional who’s ready to build a sales presence from the ground up, grow new customer relationships, and set the tone for a winning culture. This role reports directly to our VP, Sales & Strategic Growth.
You’ll lay the foundation for growth by combining industry knowledge, leadership, and a hands-on sales mindset.
Develop and execute a strategy to grow the Houston market, bringing on new contractors, municipalities, and engineering accounts.
You’ll be the first call customers make, and the person new hires will model themselves after as the team grows.
Help identify, hire, and mentor future sales talent as the branch expands.
Work closely with inside sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure flawless service and strong follow-through.
Track performance metrics, monitor margins, and partner with leadership to meet revenue and profitability targets.
5+ years in waterworks or site-utilities sales: you know the products, specs, and customer expectations.
A trusted partner to contractors, municipalities, and engineers who value follow-through and responsiveness.
Ground-floor opportunity: Take ownership of a high-potential market and help shape its growth trajectory.
Operate with autonomy while being supported by the Winston network.
Competitive base plus aggressive uncapped commission structure (pay range listed is OTE).
