Role Summary As a Systems Engineer , you will design, implement, and optimize core IT infrastructure to support mission-critical operations. You will engineer solutions across servers, storage, OT systems, virtualization, and network environments—while ensuring performance, resilience, and security. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems including servers, storage, and network infrastructure Manage and support OT-related systems to ensure maximum uptime and reliability Maintain and update system configuration and process documentation Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability Contribute to the development and deployment of new technologies and solutions Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all systems Collaborate with Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution Conduct regular system audits and generate health/performance reports Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal system operations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate – AZ-104)3+ years of experience in IT systems administration and engineering Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with virtualization technologies such as Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Local
