Client Care Coordinator – Client Services
Meridian, ID | Full‑Time (30 hrs/week)
Oliver’s Nannies is growing fast, and we’re looking for a people‑focused Client Care Coordinator to support families, build relationships, and help drive client success. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants a clear path into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking childcare
- Convert new inquiries into active clients
- Conduct intake calls and confidently present services
- Build relationships with community partners
- Manage ongoing client communication and care plan updates
- Support retention through proactive, high‑touch service
- Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience (internships count)
- Daycare or preschool experience strongly preferred
- Strong interest in sales, client engagement, or customer success
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
- Clean driving record + ability to pass a background check
- Positive, team‑oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $2,500-$3000/month
- Bonus eligibility
- Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours.
- On‑call rotation required (Some Weekends)
- Onsite — Meridian, ID 83646
- Must be able to commute; relocation preferred if outside the area.
