This Electrician Crew Foreman position is responsible for managing assigned crew personnel to ensure their actions align with company goals during the execution phase at the field level. This Crew Foreman will be responsible for supervising field personnel on electrical facilities in a safe, productive manner with attention to quality and provides timely, cost effective and reliable service to customers. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*· Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in utility construction projects. · Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. · Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electric codes, DOT, and OSHA standards. · Maintain accurate records of crew hours, job progress, and material usage. · Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, utility representatives, and other contractors. · Coaching, counseling and correcting unsafe behaviors of assigned crew members. · Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. *Requirements:*· Reregister DE Journeyman license or higher · Experience in commercial and industrial wiring along with experience in all types of electrical trade work. Some examples would be all types of conduit bending, underground duct banks, service installation, control work, running jobs start to finish. Please list all your trade experience. · Able to run jobs with little supervision · A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record · At least 10 years in the trade experience · General understanding of relevant technology, such as tablets, email and excel · Someone who is excited to join a new and upcoming company This job description outlines the general responsibilities and qualifications for the Electrician Foreman role.
