Metric Geo is partnering with a leading civil contractor who are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee multiple roadway and utility projects across the Oklahoma City region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on field execution, problem-solving, and driving production. What You’ll Do: Lead and coordinate field crews through direct supervision of foremen Keep projects on schedule and within budget while resolving issues proactively Oversee materials, inspections, equipment, and daily jobsite operations Enforce safety standards and immediately address hazards Maintain daily reports, quantities, and cost tracking Collaborate with Project Management on look-ahead schedules Ensure clean, organized, and compliant job sites What You Bring: Strong knowledge of heavy highway construction (roads, utilities, grading) Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and project documents Competence in scheduling, resource xrczosw allocation, and field coordination Experience with job cost tracking and basic estimating concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HCSS/HeavyBid, Viewpoint, or P6 is a plus 5+ years of roadway construction experience preferred Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree strongly preferred
