Your Role as a Legal Executive Recruiter
As a Legal Executive Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to placing them in prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments. Identifying and engaging top attorney candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.
Interviewing attorney candidates to assess their marketability and fit for our clients.
Networking with attorneys and legal professionals to build a robust pipeline of talented candidates.
Maintaining strong relationships with law firm and corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Staying abreast of market trends and legal industry developments to ensure you are always ahead of the curve.
Your legal background is essential.
Desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role: Experience practicing law: No prior recruiting experience is necessary, but your legal practice experience is crucial.
Strong ties to the Chicago legal market are preferred.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $50,000 with limitless earning potential through our uncapped commission structure, allowing top performers to maximize their income. Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave, and holiday pay.
