Job Description & Requirements Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;On Call Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00 This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7 days a week, 7A-7A 24-hour pager call Monday- Thursday; Friday-Monday Practice Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: Hearts, Lungs, and Vascular cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certification required: Board Certified, Advanced Trauma Life Support(ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support certifications (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Licensure required: Active Kentucky State License Facility Location Known as the "Horse Capital of the World", Lexington has a distinct Thoroughbred breeding and racing culture.
